My favorite recharge stations (We're back!)

whether you've had a long day at work, a fight with friends, or you're just feeling out of it, life can give you one heck of a metaphorical slap to the face and you just have to suck it up.
But what about the things that life gives you that make you feel full of energy and ready to push through the day? 

Here are my top energy rechargers for you to try next time you feel beat.

1.TEA

I call it "liquid peace" ok, maybe I don't call it that but I would if I was some zen master dude (I have the perfect name) Tea can drop a bad mood faster than I will drop you as a friend if you disagree with my opinions (which are always right...obviously)

2. MUSIC

Music is an ama-zen way to get out of a mood, I will often find myself listening to a song and the urge to murder human kind goes away...Until they play Happy by Pharrell Williams

3.WRITING

So if you haven't  noticed, I love to write, I talk about it often.
The act of swiping your elegant pen (let's be honest, I use BIC) over the smooth white landscape that is paper (which you can buy for the small price of killing an innocent tree) is a feeling of freedom and release.

4. EATING 
  OK...You might be thinking I'm huddled over a two gallon bucket of chocolate ice cream when i'm angry, but that's not true. I can't afford ice cream, I settle for anything that remains on the shelf in our pantry.
