The RobSquads Road trip survival tips

You never know what you'll find on your journeys, perhaps you are just going "over the mountain and through the woods" but that woods could be filled with grandmother eating hitch-hikers, and you don't want to pick up any of them (or do you?)

I'm here to give a little bit of my wisdumb so that maybe you'll survive the dreaded ROAD TRIP!

Tip 1. Strangers enjoy giving out candy and money, this is perfectly normal, it's the ones that offer "help" and "directions" that are up to something.

Tip 2. Forget water bottles, there are MANY water fountains in the middle of nowhere, use that space for salty food like crackers and pretzels. Besides, if you really need water, the ocean is right there.

Tip 3. Don't let ANYBODY know you're coming, you'll ruin the surprise! I'm sure their boss will understand their sudden request for a week off work.

Tip 4. The landscape from point A to point B is bland and has nothing of interest, bring as many screens and books as you can and blast rap music to avoid hearing the birds awful screeching.

Tip 5. If you believe yourself lost, ask Siri, she'll never lead you wrong.

Tip 6. Texas and Alaska are nice short cuts as they are the smallest states, Kansas is also a nice short cut because something interesting is always going on in Kansas, yup, miles and miles of interesting,

Tip 7. Don't study the place you're going for stuff to do, no spoilers! If you're really worried, put 50$ in an unmarked envelope and drop it by your nearest RobSquad big white van and we'll send you our "Things you can do anywhere" pamphlet.

Tip 8. Don't fill your tank with gas before leaving, why are you so worried? Did you know adding water to your tank will make gas last longer?

Tip 9. Always trust the man in the big white van, RobSquad can vouch for all white van dwellers.

Tip 10. RobSquad is always right.
