Does my troop take games too seriously?

DIPLOMACY! PLEASE! That was the sentence shouted by one of my fellow Boy scouts begging me to trade the prisoners I'd taken for his freedom. That was the same game I heard things like "THEY'RE TAKING THE LEFT SIDE, CUT 'EM OFF!"
There was strategy, diplomacy, and plenty of corruption as kids from both sides attempted to A: trade the location of their flag for freedom or B: trade the location of their flag for food.
In fact, our game of capture the flag had as much drama, double crossing and scheming as the real government... Well, if the government was held to a simple twenty people.

So, do boy scouts take there games to seriously? I don't think so, in my mind we're preparing ourselves for the real world; From corrupted leaders (me) to traitorous new-scouts and loyal friends. In that simple game we had to decide who we were going to trust, and many times we picked wrong.
We also discovered that blindly rushing the other teams side doesn't work out so well.

So if you're a CEO of some big-name company, Hire me! And then take the lessons from the blog into your heart, and finally... Kill Anyone Who decides it's ok to sell you out for Oreos.
